We are now focused on marketing our products globally, enhancing the return on our investments, and consolidating our resources and expertise even as we continue to develop new locations and construct new industrial plants.
Calcium Carbonate Plant
Calcium carbonate processing plant is a production line of ground calcium carbonate powder by grinding limestone or marble with a complete set of machinery needed for the calcium carbonate production line.
Some calcium carbonate manufacturing plants are also equipped with a calcium carbonate coating machine, so that both natural coated and uncoated calcium carbonate powder can be obtained.
Relying on the company’s efforts in exploring the Limestone deposits in Eastern Libya, the company has a great ambition towards establishing a calcium carbonate processing plant to fulfill the increasing need of the strategic mineral both locally and worldwide.
Marble Factory
From the quarry and until they are loaded onto containers ready for shipment, marble slabs go through different transformation phases. Depending on the needs, each block of marble is cut in slabs or as per the required measures in order to build staircases or to be used in flooring, wall tiling, etc.
Valley has two local marble quarries under construction, the travertine marble in Mezda and Brak Al-Shaty marble in the south.
Valley’s major production plan for marble is in block form ready for delivery to factories while the company’s consistent developing plan is to move to the slap, tiles and pattern production as a next step.
Gypsum Factory
For the Libyan lands are very rich in gypsum geological formations in different areas, Valley took this mineral deposit seriously for its importance and large market, Valley intends to have a gypsum factory in Libya as a respond to the increasing needs for this important mineral in the market.
Cement Factory
According to the company’s results of studies so far, Libya is a promising country in cement production, having all the raw materials needed, sources of energy and the large demanding market, the company has decided to plan for establishing a cement factory in Libya.
